The account unlock functionality can be used to unlock your user account only if the account is locked for one of the following reasons. Users are not allowed to 'self' unlock their account for any of the Project Vista administrator initiated user account locks such as during code deployments.
      • 30 Day Lock
      • 30 Day Lock - Create Date
      • 30 Day Lock - No Login
